DooEats – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DooEats! By using our website or mobile app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DooEats, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our services.

2. User Accounts

To place orders, you must create an account with accurate details.

Parents/guardians may place orders on behalf of minors but are fully responsible for all interactions and payments.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Ordering & Payments

Orders can only be placed through the DooEats app or website.

Payment methods include debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, and secure online gateways.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation/receipt.

4. Delivery Policy

Estimated delivery time is 15–30 minutes, but this may vary due to traffic, weather, or order preparation.

Service is limited to DooEats’ delivery coverage areas.

Our delivery partners will attempt to reach you using the contact details you provided.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed.

If DooEats cannot fulfill an order due to restaurant unavailability or technical issues, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days through your original payment method once a receipt of your payment is received. 

6. Food Quality & Safety

DooEats connects you with trusted restaurants but does not cook or prepare meals.

Restaurants are responsible for food quality, freshness, and safety.

Customers with allergies or special dietary needs should contact DooEats Customer Service before ordering for guidance.

7. Customer Conduct

When using DooEats, you must:

Provide accurate order and delivery details.

Refrain from abusive or offensive language when speaking with customer service or delivery partners.

Not misuse the platform for fraudulent activity.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the personal information necessary to process orders and deliveries.

Your information is kept secure and shared only with delivery partners and service providers as needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

DooEats is a platform and is not responsible for food preparation or taste.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Amendments

DooEat reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time as changes will be effective upon posting on this Page. Continued use of the website after modifications signifies your acceptance of the update terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
